History[]
Eons ago, the evil creature known as Amortus was banished to this realm. Amortus dwells in a lair in this realm where he keeps numerous stone statues, mainly of Cats that had succumbed to his evil.
Amortus draws Lynx-O there in order to lure the rest of the ThunderCats, but is defeated. In tandem with his defeat, the entire realm is erased from existence, returning the ThunderCats to an open field of New Thundera. Meanwhile, as punishment for his failure, Mumm-Ra banishes Amortus to another place known as the Netherworld.
