‘’Locket of Lies is the one hundred fourth episode of ThunderCats (original series)
Summary
On Thundera, Mumm-Ra creates the Locket of Lies and has Ma-Mutt plant it in the Valley of the Snarfs. Snarf Eggbert and Oswald Snarf find the locket and contact the ThunderCats about it. When communications break up, Lion-O, Cheetara, Panthro, Tygra go to Thundera to see the Locket.
When they arrive, the Locket leads them to a place in front of an old building. But the ground they are standing on gives way and they are trapped in a well. Mumm-Ra shows up and tells them not to try to escape, but the Thundercats try anyway. The walls start closing on them, and all their efforts to stop the walls fail. Finally, Lion-O uses the Eye of Thundera and the Cat Signal to push through the wall, and they all escape.

The Locket of Lies is a magical object created by Mumm-Ra to appear as a part of the Treasure of Thundera. When opened, the gems on the inside acts like a compass and points the way to the remaining Treasures of Thundera. It was discovered by Snarf's Egbert and Oswald, who passed it on to the Thundercats. The Locket was not mentioned again after this incident. It is presumed to be either still in the Thundercats' possession, discarded, or destroyed once it was revealed to be a trinket of Mumm-Ra's.
